Mr. Frank R. Fisher, 75, of Mannford, died Friday at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Funeral services will be 10 am Monday at the Smith Funeral Chapel.

Burial will be at South Heights Cemetery.

Mr. Fisher was born Sep 2, 1912, in Missouri, and moved to Mannford from Thornton, Colo., eight years ago. He was a retired U.S. Army master sergeant and was a career serviceman, having served in World War II and the Korean Conflict.

After his retirement, Mr. Fisher worked for the U.S. Postal Service and was a member of the Postal Union.

Survivors include his wife Josephine of the home; sons William and Woodson, both of Sand Springs; daughters Hollie Blackwell of Forth Worth, Texas, and Keren of Minneapolis, Minn.; brothers Emmett of Reno, Nev., and Preston of San Matco, Calif.; sister Cela Daughterty of Nevada, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
