THOMAS O. FREEMAN

Thomas O. Freeman, 84, of Sapulpa, died Tuesday at Glenpool Health Center.

Services will be 2 pm Friday at First Baptist Church with the Revs. Billy Pierce and T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born August 9, 1906, in Bristow. He was a retired Sapulpa merchant and self-employed for 45 years. He was a member of the Church of God, Bristow, Sapulpa Chamber of Commerce and Sapulpa Round Up Club.

Survivors include wife Louise; son Tom Freeman Jr. of Sapulpa; brother Frank Freeman Jr. of Beggs; and two grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Tom Freeman residence, 1331 E. McLeod.

Funeral services for Thomas Freeman were today at First Baptist Church with the Revs. Billy Pierce and T. Howard Allen officiating.

Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casket bearers were Jimmy Mann, Rex Mann, Jimmy Williams, Larry Beach, Charlie Beach, Marvin Roberts, Frank Freeman II and Gene Paul Doles.

Deacons of First Baptist Church served as honorary bearers.

Mr. Freeman, a resident of Sapulpa for 62 years, died Tuesday at Glenpool Nursing Center following an extended illness.
