BRANDON, Miss. - Former area resident Raymond Charles Fulks, 67, of Brandon, Miss. died Saturday at Rankin County Hospital in Brandon.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at First Christian Church with Revs. Russell Casey and Gerald Rendel officiating.

Burial will follow at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Casketbearers will be Kenneth Blackburn, Jack Huffman, Steven Harrendorf, Jack Jeffries, Bill Hatfield and Don Risinger.

Mr. Fulks was born April 11, 1925, in Jenks, and was a 1944 graduate of Kiefer High School. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was retired from Shell Oil Company after 37 years as a plant manager.

Survivors include wife, Peggy Dulford Fulks; son Gary Fulks of Atlanta, Texas; daughter Jeannie Kay Crump of Hickory, N. C.; brothers Loyd Fulks of Sapulpa, Floyd Fulks of Fairfield Bay, Ariz., and Harold Fulks of San Angelo, Texas; and four grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Robert and Ruth Ausmus residence, 218 E. Cleveland.

Visitation at the funeral home will begin Tuesday evening.

Funeral services for Raymond Charles Fulks were held today at the First Christian Church with Revs. Russel Casey and Gerald Rendel officiating.
