TULSA-(AP)-Henry Fulton, 71, a former chief construction engineer for the Santa Fe railroad, died Tuesday in a hospital here.

He had resided here nearly 30 years, but had been mayor of Oilton and president of the Oilton State bank in 12 years of residence there.

At the time of his death he was a draftsman in the city engineer's office.

Funeral services will be held here Wednesday morning.
