REDLANDS, Calif. - Helen Gerhard, 91, died Tuesday in Redlands.

Mrs. Gerhard was a teacher in Japan for more than 40 years and lived in Sapulpa for several years after the death of her husband, Robert Gerhard.

Survivors include her sister Blanche Olson of Tahlequah.
