John B. Godwin, 88, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 1995 in an automobile accident in Amarillo, Texas. 

Services were Tuesday in Amarillo, Texas. 

He was owner of Godwin Insurance Agency in Sapulpa. 

Survivors include his wife, Anna; two sons, John B. Godwin, Jr., San Jose , Calif, and Stephen S. Godwin, Federal Way, Wash.; a sister, Elizabeth A. Rolen, Oklahoma City; two brothers, Guilford H. Godwin, Temple, Texas, and James M. Godwin, Tulsa; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
