TULSA - Mr. Purl Gregory, 68, Tulsa, died Sunday at St. John Medical Center, Tulsa.

Services are pending with Schumacher Funeral Home in Bristow.

Mr. Gregory was born Dec 15, 1918, in St. Paul, Ark., and grew up in Bristow. He was an oil field worker and aircraft mechanic, and served in the Marines during World War II.

Survivors include son Dean Purl of Elk City; daughter Patsy Roach of Washington, Okla.; twin brother Earl of Tulsa and brother Speed of Victorial, Texas; and three grandchildren.
