Ethel G. Groover, 92, of 415 S. Walnut died Saturday at home.

Services are pending with Owen Funeral Home.

She was bom Dec 8, 1897, in Tupelo, Okla., and moved to Sapulpa from Tulsa in 1917 with her family. She married Roy Groover in Sapulpa in 1919.

Mrs. Groover was a homemaker and a member of Westside Baptist Church.

Survivors include sons Cecil Groover of Sapulpa and Jack Groover of San Leandro, Calif.; brother Alva Williams of Sapulpa; sister Julie Carnes of Oklahoma City; nine grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at Cecil Groover's home, 718 W. Mary Lynn.
