Juanita Haas, 74, of Fort Worth, Texas, died Tuesday in Fort Worth. 

Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Greenwood Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Burial is to follow in Greenwood Memorial Park. 

Haas was born in Sapulpa. 

Survivors include husband James of the home; son Gary Michael Johnston of Lee's Summit, MO; daughter Gayla Poulos of Hurst, Texas; two stepsons and two stepdaughters; sister Dorothy Jean Williams of Houston, and five grandchildren.
