Jim B. Harjo, 77, Dustin, died Wednesday in Okmulgee.

Funeral services were held Saturday at the High Springs Baptist Church south of Okemah with the Rev. George Doyle officiating.

Burial followed in the Wind Family Cemetery south of Okemah under the direction of Merritt Funeral Home of Henryetta.

Mr. Harjo was born Sep 29, 1913, at Wetumka.

Survivors include wife Mildred; sons Duke Harjo of Sapulpa, Francis Harjo of Okmulgee, Jim B. Jr., of Okmulgee, John of Denver and Norman of Sapulpa; stepson David Birdcreek of Rogers, Ark.; step-daughter Beverly Sullivan of Tulsa; sisters Bernice Thomas and Helen Bunny, both of Okmulgee; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
