DEATH NOTICES

Arvel N. (John A.) Hartung , of Salem, Ore., died Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004. He was born Oct 4, 1920 to Nelson Edward and Minnie (Sharp) Hartung in Sapulpa.

He married twice and had four children. He has seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at Willamette National Cemetery and will be private.

Contributions may be made (to the Diabetes or Cancer Foundation or Willamett Valley Hospice). Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service is handling arrangements.
