Michael William Haubert III, 20, 717 S. Independence, died Saturday from injuries he sustained in an auto accident near Bristow.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Tuesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Will Dane officiating.

Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Tulsa under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Haubert was born Aug 1, 1970, in Sapulpa and lived here all of his life. He attended Sapulpa schools. He was serving in the U.S. Navy.

Survivors include father and step-mother Michael William and Zelma Haubert of Sapulpa; mother and stepfather Carol and Jim Haubert of Sapulpa; grandparents Glenn Haubert of Sapulpa, Earshel and Anna Lyons of Mounds; brothers Stan Haubert of Waco, Texas, Kevin Haubert, Wendell Haubert, Jimmy Haubert and Tracy Haubert, all of Sapulpa; sisters Tonya Lyons of Arkansas, Teresa Thurman of Sand Springs; and Lea Nebolt of Owasso.
