Mavis Blanche Hawkins, 68, of Sapulpa, died Friday in Sapulpa. Services were held today at Glenwood Assembly of God with the Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.

Burial followed at Woodland Cemetery, Sand Springs, under the direction of Mobley-Dodson Funeral Service.

She was born August 25, 1923, in Clarksville, Ark. She was a housewife and a member of Glenwood Assembly of God. She married Elmer Hawkins on December 20, 1943, in Sand Springs.

Survivors include her husband, Elmer, of the home; son Wayne Hawkins of Sand Springs; sisters Opal Mullen of Modesto, Calif., and Wildon Moritz of Kellyville; an four granddaughters.
