HEALDTON - Funeral services for Nina Ellen Hill, age 89, will be at 10 am Saturday, Aug 29, 1998, at the Assembly of God Church. Rev. John Harris will officiate with interment at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Ardmore. Mrs. Hill died Wednesday morning, Aug 26, 1998, at her home.
The daughter of William and Flora Revard Jones, she was born Aug 17, 1908, in Depew, Okla. She married Venus Kimbrell Hill on Nov 23, 1923, in Sapulpa, Okla. They lived in Healdton from 1939 to 1945 and moved back to Healdton in 1967.
Mrs. Hill had been a retired practical nurse and had worked at Memorial Hospital in Ardmore. She was a member of Assembly of God Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and youth leader.
Survivors include one daughter and her husband, Virginia and Foy Beshears, Healdton two grandchildren and their spouses, Mary Ellen and Vollie Wingo, Healdton, and Kim and Doris Beshears, Yukon; five great-grandchildren, Jennifer Martin and her husband, Steven, Healdton, Toby Wingo, Healdton, Kelly Beshears, Stillwater, and Chris and Jake Beshears, Yukon; one great-great-granddaughter, Jenna Nicole Martin, Healdton; three sisters, Rosa Lee Goff, Oakview, Calif., Inez Lee, Fresno, Calif., and Pat McClead, Madera, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband, V.K., on Dec 3, 1984; and a brother, James Paul Jones.
Bearers will be Paul Kinsey, Maurice McCaslin, Monroe White, Bill Brady, Dewayne Jennings and Earl Webb.
Memorials may be made to Cross Timbers Hospice in Ardmore.
Reser Funeral Home will direct services.
