LAPINE, OR - Cameron Gene Holbrook, three months, of LaPine, OR, died Sunday in LaPine.

Services are to be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Deschutes Memorial Gardens in Bend, OR.

Holbrook was born Oct. 26, 1993 in Bend.

Survivors include mother Carolyn Miller, father Anthony Holbrook, both of LaPine; sister Ellie Naomi Miller; brother Justin Jimmie Miller; grandparents Barbara and Morton Dinsmore of LaPine, and Bob Holbrook of Sapulpa.

Grandparents Ned Nelson Jr. and Donna Holbrook preceded Holbrook in death.
