Ruby Pearl Holwell, 78, 208 Crestview, died Friday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Services will be at 2 pm Tuesday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with the Revs. Jonas Partridge and T. Howard Allen officiating. Burial will be in South Heights Cemetery with arrangements by Smith Funeral Home.

She was born on June 6, 1911, in Sapulpa, was a life resident of the Sapulpa area, a Baptist and retired nurse.

Survivors include a son, Bart Cavender.
