Bristow — Former Bristow resident Dora Elizabeth Hoover, 88, of Portlas, NM., died Monday at Roosevelt General Hospital, Portales.

Services are scheduled for 1:30 pm Friday at Bristow Free Holiness Church with the Rev. Melvin Duke officiating and the Rev. Millard McGuire assisting.

Burial will be in Magnolia Memorial Gardens, Bristow, under the direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home, Bristow.

She was born Feb 20, 1901, in Warm Springs, Ark. Mrs. Hoover was a homemaker and a member of the Free Holiness Church. She married Ray Hoover April 4, 1918, in Sapulpa. He preceded her in death in 1966. She was also preceded in death by a son, Vernon, in 1985.

Survivors include daughters Irene WEISER of Keaau, Hawaii, and Voleta KILGORE of Portales; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
