Mrs. L F. (Mildred) Horn, 71, 202 S. Birch, died today after a lengthy illness.

Services are set for 10:30 am Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Thomas P. Eggebeen.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

She was born Oct 30, 1916, in Fitzhugh, Okla., and married Lonial (Trader) Horn Oct 26, 1936, in Wewoka, Okla.

She had lived in Sapulpa 30 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and was an avid bowler and fisherman.

Survivors include husband L.F.; son Gary; daughter Mrs. Craig (Sue) Hallmark; sisters Beulah Howard, Lorene Clark, and Helen Parham; and two grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 202 S. Birch.
