Robert Horner

Collinsville, Okla. - Robert Wayne Horner, 32, Collinsville, died Monday in a Tulsa hospital.

Services will be 2 pm Thursday in Mowery Funeral Service Chapel, Owasso, Okla., with the Rev. Robert Griffin officiating.

Burial will be in Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville.

Mr. Homer was born on June 6, 1956, in Phoenix, Ariz., and was employed by Industrial Structures Inc., of Tulsa.

Survivors include wife Kathy (Redfearn) Horner of the home; daughters, Amanda and Heather Horner of the home; son Anthony Horner of the home; father Robert Lee Horner of Chelsea, Okla.; mother Betty Jo (Griffin) Orquie of Broken Arrow; sisters Karen Flowers of Broken Arrow, and Tammy and Terry Horner of Phoenix; brothers  Richard Horner of Oologah, Okla., and Jim Horner of Phoenix; paternal grandmother Glee Sharp of Oologah and maternal grandmother Ola Mason of Broken Arrow.
