Mrs. Everett (Ella) Horton, 71, of Route 4, Sapulpa, died Friday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center in Tulsa.

Services will be 10 am Monday at Allen Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs. Johnny Bilby and Charles Brazeal officiating.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Sand Springs with arrangements by Smith Funeral Home in Sapulpa.

She was born Sep 3, 1918, in Bixby, lived in this area most of her life, was a member of Allen Freewill Baptist Church and married Everett Horton on June 2, 1934, in Sapulpa.

Survivors include husband Everett of the home; sons Ed Horton of Bixby, Johnny Horton of Wichita, Kan; daughters JoAnn Boren of Sapulpa, Shirley Boggs and Doris Barrett, both of Sand Springs; twin brother Ed Hobbs of Sapulpa; brother Jess Hobbs of Odessa, Texas; sisters Ina Milligan of Sapulpa, Dovie Montgomery of Monohan, Texas, and Sarah Burton of Forest Grove, Ore.; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at the Boren residence on West 61st Street.

Services for Mrs. Everett (Ella) Horton of Sapulpa were today at Allen Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs. Johnny Bilby and Charles Brazeal officiating.

Burial was at Woodland Cemetery in Sand Springs under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Casketbearers were Terry Horton, Ricky Horton, Joe David Horton, Preston Boren and Darren Boone, Honorary bearers were Greg Homan, Brent Core, Chris Wilson, Howard Smith and Stephan Barrett.

Mrs. Horton died Friday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.
