Lavine HOUSLEY, 73, 824 N. Elizabeth, died Thursday, Jan. 5, 1995 at Hillcrest Medical Center.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Fred BROWN officiating. Burial will be in
Green Hills Memorial Gardens, directed by Smith Funeral Home.
She was born Dec. 4, 1921 in Kellyville and lived in Sapulpa for the past 45 years after moving from Texas. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include three daughters, Anita CARRELL and Carla LOVE, both of Sapulpa, and Carolyn WENTZEL, Cloverdale, Ind.; two sons, Dale HOUSLEY, Cloverdale and Clinton HOUSLEY, Sapulpa; a brother, Richard BOTTS, Cameron, Texas, and eight grandchildren.

Services for Lavine HOUSLEY were held at 10 a.m. today in the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Fred BROWN officiating. Burial was in Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
Casket bearers were Harry FRENCH, Ryan LOVE, Timothy CARRELL, Bill CARRELL, Manuel LOVE, John WENTZEL and Danny WENTZEL.
She died Thursday, Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
