Curtis Howard, 77, of Bainbridge, GA, died Monday at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Calvary Baptist Church in Bainbridge with the Rev. Bob Norman officiating.

Burial will follow at Oak City Cemetery in Bainbridge under the direction of Ivey Funeral Home.

Howard was born Feb. 16, 1917 in Iron City, GA. He was a retired residential contractor and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. He had lived in Bainbridge for most of his life.

He is survived by wife Margaret Josey Howard; daughters Betty Joyce Rentz of Sapulpa and Suzanne Sykes of Bainbridge; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
