Mrs. Nora Lee Howard, 83, 517 N. 3rd, died Sunday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services are set for 2 pm Wednesday at Smith Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. W. C. Hamilton officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

She was born July 8, 1904, in Ashville, Tenn., and had lived in the Sapulpa area since 1936, moving here from North Carolina.

Mrs Howard was amember of North Heights Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by son Lloyd Sawyer.

Survivors include sons Harold Sawyer, Joe Sawyer, and Wayne Sawyer all of Sapulpa; daughters Frankie Thompson and Cindy Peek, both of Sapulpa; brothers Mart Carringer, Wayne Carringer and Charlie Carringer, all of Gastonia, NC; sisters Sylvia of Tennessee and Lily, Blanche, Fleta Mae and Maggie, all of Gastonia; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 517 N. 3rd.
