Rogers, Ark. - Funeral services for former Sapulpan Fanny Belle "Billie" Hubbard, 64, Rogers, Ark., were Monday at Central United Methodist Church in Rogers, with the Revs. Ben G. Hines and Steve Brizzi officiating.

Burial was at National Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ark., under the direction of Burns Funeral Home, Rogers.

She was born Dec 19, 1924, in Sapulpa and had lived in the Rogers area since 1976.

Survivors include husband Edward R. Hubbard; son Thomas E. Hubbard of Seattle, Wash.; daughters Tamara Cederberg of San Diego and Tanya L. Hubbard of Rogers; brothers Wesley McGuyre of Houma, La., Prince McGuyre of Wichita, Kan., Don McGuyre of Colorado and Thomas  McGuyre of Maryland; sisters Mozelle Lindner of Grover, Okla. and Marie Germany of Texas and one grandson.
