Effie Amanda Hulsey, 94, Tulsa, died Saturday at Glenpool Healthcare Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at the Midway Full Gospel Church, Tulsa, with the Rev Leroy Sewell officiating.

Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

She married the Leroy Hulsey in Sapulpa on Sep 17, 1915, and was a homemaker most of her life. They lived in Tulsa, Claremore and Sapulpa. Mr. Hulsey preceded her in death in 1970. She was also preceded in death by one son Orville in 1988 and brother Lillo Zinn.

Survivors include son Vernard Hulsey of Salina; daughters Leona Gilbert, Lola May Traver, Hazel Feeback, Ethel Fay McLaughlin and Oleta McDaniel, all of Sapulpa; brother Buford Zinn of Sapulpa; sisters Bessie O. Shield, Dora Masters and Ruby Zinn, all of Sapulpa; 25 grandchildren; 53 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 7913 West 75th Street South.

Casketbearers were Danny Stringfellow, Lonnie Duckett, Charles Schwickerath, George Canady, John French and Oscar Creason.

Honorary casketbearers were Ronnie Liest and David Davis.
