Nevora June James, 70, of Bella Vista, Ark., died March 3, 1995 at her residence.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. today in Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel with the Dr. Richard D. Hogan officiating.

Mrs. James moved to Bella Vista in 1973 from Henryetta. She was a member of the Bella Vista Computer Club and the Lionesses Club and volunteered at the UPS station at Riordan Hall. She was a member of the Bella Vista Christian Church and the church choir.

She retired from Wal-Mart after 10 years. She traveled, played bridge and worked on crafts in her spare time.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Troy James Sr.; her parents, Charles H. and Lena Gingrich; and four brothers.

Survivors include two sons, Troy James Jr., of Columbus, Ga. And Chuck James, of Kellyville; four granddaughters; and six great grandchildren.
