Vivian June Jantzen, 58, Tulsa, died Tuesday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Bethel Baptist Temple with the Rev. Waidy Smith and Perry Lawson officiating.

Burial will follow at the Woodland Cemetery in Sand Springs under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Home, Tulsa.

She was preceded in death by brother Amos Simmons and sister Gladys Turner.

Survivors include daughter Kellie Smith of Tulsa; son Billy Gessner of Tulsa; brothers J.D. Simmons of Tulsa, Harvey Simmons of Sapulpa and Gilbert Simmons of Oakhurst; sisters Thelma Hall of Sand Springs, Wanda George of Tulsa and Natalie Dorbois of Tulsa; and one granddaughter.

Casketbearers will be David George, Donnie Heath, Randy Simmons, Dale Willmoth, Tim Simmons and Howard Moose.
