Juanita Johnson, 77, Route 5, Sapulpa, died Monday at her home.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Open Door Fellowship Church on 86th Street with Rev. Steve Farmer officiating.
Burial is to follow in the Hallett Cemetery in Hallett, Okla. Under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Johnson was born Feb. 9, 1916 in Calico Rock, Ark. And had lived in Sapulpa since 1955, moving here from Sand Springs. She was a home-maker and attended the Open Door Fellowship Church.
She was preceded in death by husband Robert Johnson, daughter Jeanie Smtih and sisters Lavaugh Rushing and Jewel Huddleston.
Survivors include sonsCecil Jerry of Sapulpa,Clarence Roy Smith of Sapulpa and Roger Johnson of Jenks; daughters Carolyn Mahoney of Sapulpa and Sharon Jahromi of Glenpool; and sister Gertrude Creech of Tahlequah.

Services for JUANITA JOHNSON were to be held at 10 a.m. today in the Open Door Fellowship Church with Rev. Steve Farmer officiating.
Burial was to follow in the Hallett Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Serving as casketbearers were Carl Smith, Robert Woods, Richard Woods, Coy Johnson, Danny Gregory and Bobby J. Mahoney, Honorary bearers were Kenneth Alverson, David Pate, Robert Fisher and Jimmy Hollan.
Johnson, a long-time resident of this area, died Monday at her residence.
