Leslie L. Johnson, 86, of Sapulpa died Thursday, March 16, 1995, at her home.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Sapulpa Church of the Nazarene with pastor Curtis Martin officiating. Burial will be in Yale Cemetery, Yale, with Smith Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Johnson was born March 14, 1909 in Landess, Ind. He moved to Sapulpa in 1972 from Lyons, Kans.

He was retired from Phillips Petroleum Co. and a member of the Sapulpa Church of the Nazarene.

Johnson was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary, who died Feb. 5, 1979.

Survivors include his wife, Naomi of Sapulpa; one son, Marion Johnson of Scottsdale, Ariz.; three daughters, Willa Wingo of Cincinnati, Ohio, Lesta Foster of Wichita, Kans. And Judy Giles of Jenks; a brother, Gordon Johnson of Park Rapids, Minn.; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Services for Leslie LeRoy Johnson were held today in the Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Curtis Martin officiating. Burial was in the Yale Cemetery.

Casket bearers were his grandsons, Fletcher Foster, Bryan Huffman, Mark Johnson, Greg Nunnelley, Scott Robertson and J.D. Stewart.

Smith Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
