Mr. Johnny J. Johnston, 60, 1042 E. McLeod, died Sunday at Veterans Hospital in Muskogee.

Services will be 2 pm Tuesday at June Rose Assembly of God. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Oct 23, 1927, in Coweta and lived in the Sapulpa are most of his life.

The family will headquarter at the Cue home, 25 E. Gordon. Mr. Johnston was a U.S. Army veteran and served in World War II. He operated service stations and a car wash, and was a member of charismatic church and the Disabled American Veterans.

Survivors include mother Grace Johnston of Sapulpa; daughters Iris June Wridger and Mrs. Terry (LaNellle) Cue, both of Sapulpa, and Susie Mullen of Houston; son Kirk of Houston; brothers Clyde of Beggs and Willis of Sapulpa; sisters Zola Mellenberger of Kiefer, Viola Mellenberger of Tulsa, Loreal Rusk of Skiatook and Edith Westbrook of Sapulpa; and six grandchildren.
