Wilbert Miles “Bo” Jones, 63, died Monday, Aug. 28, 1995 at Claremore Veterans Center, Claremore.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Schumacher Funeral Chapel with burial at Kellyville City Cemetery.

He was born Sept. 2, 1931 at Kellyville in the Pickett Prairie area.

Survivors include a son, Andy Jones, Bristow; two brothers, Bert Jones, Sioux Falls, S.D., and Dan Jones, Berryville, Ark.; a sister Leona Parker, Bristow, and three grandchildren.

Wilbert M. “Bo” Jones, 63. Claremore, died Monday, Aug. 28, 1995 in Claremore.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Schumacher Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Glen Hood, pastor of Blue Bell Freewill Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Kellyville Cemetery, directed by Schumacher Funeral Home.

He was born Sept. 2, 1931 in Kellyville.

He was a retired oilfield worker. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion and was past commander of both. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his son, Anchor York “Andy” Jones, Bristow; a sister, Leona Parker, Bristow; tow brothers, Bert Jones, Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Dan Jones, Berryville, Ark; and three grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lester and Bonnie Jones.
