BEGGS, OKLA. - Mrs. J. L. (Opal Foster) Jones, 69, of Beggs died Sunday at Saint Francis Hospital Tulsa.
Services were today at Nuyaka Second Baptist Church, Nuyaka, Okla., with the Rev. Roy Kirkwood officiating.
Burial was in Beggs Cemetery under the direction of Spivey Funeral Home, Beggs.
She was born July 9, 1919.
Mrs. Jones was a retired nurse.
Survivors include daughter Joy Fisher of Nuyaka; son David Foster of McAlester, Okla.; sisters Dee Gaggini of Okmulgee
and Betty Bristol of Jenks; brothers Bill Essery of Enid, Okla., James Essery of Alexandria, La., Bobby Essery of
Collinsville, Okla., and Blaine Walters of Ada, Okla; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
