PRAGUE - William (Bill) Woodward Jones, 80, Houston, died Sunday in Houston.

Graveside services will be 10 am Friday at Prague Cemetery, Prague, under the direction of Gaskill Funeral Home, Shawnee.

He was born Nov. 20, 1909, in Muskogee and was a 1929 graduate of Sapulpa High School.

Mr. Jones was a retired accountant for an oil company and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Houston.

Survivors include wife Lillian of the home; sons Clay Jones of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Cliff Jones of Houston; brother John E. Jones of Denver; and two grandchildren.
