Barbara Jo Jordan, 53, 1124 Melinda Road, Sapulpa, died Monday at her home.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday at First Baptist Church with Rev. J. Harold Bryan and Rev. David Houchin officiating.
Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
She was born April 25, 1940, in Tulsa. She married Bill Jordan on June 30, 1961, in Muskogee. A resident of Sapulpa for 20 years, she was a Baptist and a member of American Business
Women's Association. Jordan was employed as a nurse by Dr. Michael Ward.
Survivors include her husband, Bill; son, Gary Wayne Jordan of Tulsa; daughter, Gayla Lynne Sumpter of Sapulpa; brothers, Paul Owen and Stephen Owen, both of Hot Springs Village, Ark.; sisters, Lois Jean Whitsett of Tulsa, and Francis Darlene Cartlidge of Muskogee; and one grandson.

Funeral services for Barbara Jo Jordan were held today at 2 pm at First Baptist Church with Rev. J. Harold Bryan and Rev. David Houchin officiating.
Burial followed at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Serving as casket bearers were Cal Kester, Glenn Coffey, David Maxwell, Rocky Davis, Danny Floyd, Robert Stephens, and Don Harzman.
Honorary casket bearers were Dr. Thomas Burnett, Dr. Walter Cale, Dr. Joe James, Dr. Michael Ward, Dr. Gerald Zumwalt, Larry Hall, Dave Harris, Bobby Lee, David Young, Johnnie Ritchie and Guy Fitzsimmons.
Honor Guard was provided by the Sapulpa Police Department and all other law officers.
Jordan, a longtime Sapulpa resident, died Monday.
