Updated: 06 Sep 2009 03-15-1989 Eric Michael Kellogg, 7 months old, Tulsa, died Tuesday at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa. Graveside services will be 3 pm Friday at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Broken Arrow, with the Rev. Gary Thiessen officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home. He was born Aug 11, 1988, in Tulsa. Survivors include parents Glenn and Vickie Kellogg of Tulsa; grandparents Stan Howe of Tulsa and Isaac Kellogg of Sapulpa; and great grandparents Margaret Taylor of Salina and Joe and Lorraine Howe of McAllen, Texas |
