William Edwin Kendall, 71, 1812 S. Ridgeway, died Friday at the V. A. Hospital in Muskogee.

Services will be 10:30 am Monday at Owen Funeral Chapel with the Rev. T. Howard Allen Officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

He was born in Dec 14, 1918, in Sapulpa and lived here nearly all his life. He married Frenchie Virginia Asher Jan 8, 1939, in Sapulpa.

An avid hunter and fisherman, Mr. Kendall was a member of Sapulpa VFW Post 1320. He was a retired Liberty Glass Laboratory technician and was a member of the Glassblowers Union, He also was a S. S. Army veteran of World War II.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Frances Wright.

Survivors include wife Frenchie; son Willis Dean Kendall of Prattville; daughter Edwina Marie Waters of Welty; brother Arthur Ervin Kendall of Tulsa; sister Audra Miller of Torrance, Calif.; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.

He was a member of the V. F. W. and other military groups. He was a retired lab technician for Liberty Glass.
