Funeral services were to be at 10 a.m. today in Grace Free Will Baptist Church. Bob Ketchum and Dr. Wade Jernigan were to officiate. Interment followed at the Duck Creek Cemetery. Leonard and Marker Funeral Home of Bixby were in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Ketchum, 82, died Thursday, March 7, 2002. She was born Dec. 21, 1919 in Leonard.
She lived in this area virtually all of her life. While many may remember Jessie as a homemaker, she will be thought of as a minister's wife by those that knew her best.
Survivors are her husband Rev. Richard O. "Bill" Ketchum; two sons and daughters-in-law, the Rev. Bob and Ann Ketchum of Bixby and Jim and Wanda Ketchum of Bixby; one sister, Bessie Raby of Sapulpa; two brothers, Dee and Fred Tuttle both of Mounds; six grandchildren; 16
great- grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and good friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Billy Wayne Ketchum; two brothers, Lee and Cecil Tuttle; and a sister, Merle Wheeler.
