Kimes, Hugh

Hugh Kimes, 78, died Tuesday in Irving, Texas.

Graveside services are to be held at 2 p.m. today in the Bristow City Cemetery under the direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home.

Kimes was born May 13, 1915 in Arkansas and married Bess Phillips on Aug. 6, 1938 in Oklahoma City. He attended Okemah Public Schools and was a retired electrician for Westinghouse. He also worked for General Electric.

He is survived by wife Bee Kimes of Irving, Texas; son randy Kimes of Irving, Texas and one granddaughter.
