Laura Etta King, 94, 701 N. Main, Sapulpa, died Sunday, March 5, 1995 at Baptist Life Care Center in Vinita.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home Chapel with pastor John Pancerzewski officiating. Burial will be in
Green Hills Memorial Gardens, directed by Owen Funeral Home.
She was born Jan. 19, 1901 in rural McIntosh County, IT, to Turner Lewis and Maude Perry.
She married Robert T. King in 1919 in Eufaula. She lived in Sapulpa for 46 years after she moved from Washington. She was of the Christian faith and attended First Christian Church in Sapulpa.
Survivors include a son, Preston King, Sapulpa; a daughter, Louise Wickham, Ketchum; a sister, Edith Waring, Pulallup, Washington; eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 1965. The family will headquarter at the Bobby Creason home in rural Sapulpa.
