Mr. George L. "Bill" Kirby, 74, 711 S. Muskogee, died Thursday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services are set for 2 pm Monday at the Church of the Nazarene with the Revs. E. H. Sanders and James Spear officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Kirby was born Sep 10, 1913, in Sapulpa and was a lifelong resident.

He was a retired lab assistant with Dow Chemical Co. He retired in 1980 after 25 years of service.

He married Jewell Moore Nov 15, 1952, in Sapulpa.

Survivors include wife Jewell; sons Bobby and Dale of Sapulpa; daughters Judy Johnson, Linda Swint and Carla Cargill all of Sapulpa; sister Pauline Humphrey of Huston; and nine grandchildren.
