Updated: 06 Sep 2009 April 10, 1989 UNA LAFFITTE DRUMRIGHT — Una Lou Laffitte, 67, Drumright, died Wednesday. Graveside services were today at Oak Hill Cemetery, Drumright, with the Rev. George Brock officiating. Burial was under the direction of Don Smith Funeral Home, Drumright. She was born Nov 5, 1921, at Cleveland, Okla. She married Lawrence Laffitte in November of 1938 in Drumright. Mrs. Laffitte owned and operated a beauty salon in Drumright for many years. Survivors include husband Lawrence Laffitte of the home; son Bob Laffitte of Tulsa; brothers Kenneth Stringer, Jack Stringer and Ralph Stringer; sisters Betty Jane Stringer and Barbara Stringer; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. |
