Charles Raymond Lair, 81, 813 S. Oklahoma, died Saturday at home.

A rosary service is scheduled for 7 pm tonight at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am Tuesday at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Daniel Keohane officiating.

Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born June 10, 1910, in Peaola, Kans., and had lived in Sapulpa since 1947, moving here from the Kiefer area. He retired from Oklahoma Natural Gas in 1975 after 30 years. He was a World War II veteran and a member of Sacred Heart Church.

Survivors include wife, Ida Mae; daughters Ruth Stubblefield of Sapulpa and Betty Fleshman of Pittsburg, Calif.; and one grandchild.

Casketbearers were Ronnie Hinesley, Gail Laidley, Ed Horton, Lewis Kopp, Phil Furstenberg and Dean Osborn.
