Updated: 06 Sep 2009 February 7, 1989 OTIS M. LANGFORD MONROE, La. - Former Sapulpan Mr. Otis M. Langford, 79, of Monroe, La., died Monday in Monroe. No funeral services are scheduled. A memorial service is scheduled for Wednesday at Thomas Episcopal Church, Monroe, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe. Mr. Langford’s body will be cremated and his ashes will be buried near his father’s grave in Johnson, Ark. Mr. Langford was born April 25, 1909, in Johnson. He was a long-time Sapulpan and a graduate of Sapulpa High School. While in Sapulpa, he owned a plumbing business. Survivors include wife Mable; step-daughters Patricia Ryland of Monroe and Corinne Timmons of Green Valley, S. C.; brother Paul of Sapulpa; and nieces Betty Corgan and Joan Rule, both of Sapulpa, and Thelma Linihan of Tulsa. |
