Updated: 06 Sep 2009 DESSIE MARIE LANGWELL Dessie Marie Langwell, 85, of Sapulpa died Friday at the Ranch Terrace Nursing Home. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 am Tuesday at South Heights Chapel with Rev. David Houchin officiating. Burial will follow at the South Heights Cemetery under the direction of the Owen Funeral Home. Langwell was born April 18, 1908 in Kiefer, Ok to Lawrence L.and Hattie Bell Ingraham Fosburgh. She was married Aug 26, 1928, in Sapulpa, to Alva Langwell, who preceded her in death in 1977. She was a lifelong resident of Sapulpa and a member of the First Baptist Church of Sapulpa. She was a homemaker during her lifetime. Survivors include one son, William Lawrence Langwell of Edmond; one daughter, Anna Bell Taylor of Sapulpa; one brother, Alva Cashus Fosburgh of Colorado Springs, Colo., and two grandchildren. The family will headquarter at 94 West Mike in Sapulpa. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Home Mission Fund.
