Myrle Margaret Lauber, 86, of Lindsay, died Saturday in Lindsay Municipal Hospital.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the B.G. Boydston Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bill Briggs officiating.

Burial is to be at 2 p.m. today at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of B.G. Boydston Funeral Home.

Lauber was born Sept. 17, 1907 in Nowata to Henry and Berta Bauer. A homemaker, she married Leo Lauber Dec. 12, 1923 in Pawhuska and had lived in Lindsay for 37 years. She was preceded in death by husband Leo Lauber, parents Henry and Berta Bauer, brother Wesley Bauer and sister Josephine Schultze.

She is survived by son Robert W. Lauber and wife Dorothy of Greenbelt, MD.; daughter G. Doreene Somers and husband Charles L. of Lindsay; and three grandchildren.
