Berlyn Shawn LeGrand, 17, 621 S. Hiawatha, died Sunday at his home.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2 pm Thursday at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Burial will follow under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Nov 17, 1974, in Tulsa, and was a Sapulpa resident all of his life.

Survivors include parents James LeGrand and Jeannie Foster, both of Sapulpa; and grandfather Berlyn Wefer of Sapulpa.

The family will headquarter at the John LeGrand residence, 231 W. Orleans.
