Longtime Seminole resident Margie Mae Lehman died Wednesday at a Sapulpa nursing home. She was 91.
She was born in Denton County, Texas, Feb 13, 1906, the daughter of George Harvey Coffey and Allie (Lee) Coffey Kelly. She lived most of her life in Seminole and was a homemaker.
She married Roland R. Lehman on July 5, 1947, in Fort Smith, Ark., and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Lehman was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and the Church of God.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Lucille and Les Hughes, Sapulpa, and grandson, Thomas Hughes, Sapulpa.
Also preceding her in death were her parents; her first husband, George Thomas; three brothers, Bartley, Eaph, and George Coffey, and three sisters, Bessie White, Mattie Davis and Feeby Estep.
Graveside service will be 2 pm Friday at Maple Grove Cemetery under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole. The Rev. Carl Whitfield will officiate.
