DAISY LEWIS

Graveside services were held for Daisy Lucille Lewis, 66, Tuesday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa under the direction of Heath Griffith Funeral Home, Tulsa, with the Rev. Danny Lynchard officiating.

She died Saturday at Tulsa Regional Medical Center.

Survivors include daughters Dianna Leach of Frisco, Texas, and Gloria Slavens, Terri Harvey, Shelly Bible, and Amber Lewis, all of Tulsa; sons Donnie G. Lewis Jr. of Jenks, Adam Lewis of Knoxville, Tenn., and Tyler Lewis of Henrietta; brother Elmer Turpin of Indiana; sister Jenny Lake of Indiana; and 24 grandchildren.
