Mr. Earl E. Lewis, 56, 601 N. Main, Tulsa, died Tuesday at St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa.

Services will be 2 pm Friday at Green Hills Mausoleum Chapel with Maj. Kenneth Bush and Chaplain James Prout officiating.

Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

He was born Nov 30, 1931, in Pebbles, Ohio. Mr. Lewis lived in Tulsa for the past three years after moving there from Sapulpa.

Mr. Lewis worked for the Salvation Army in Tulsa was a first cook. He was a member of the Salvation Army and served in the U. S. Marine Corps.

Survivors include mother Nellie Heacock of Sapulpa; daughters Rita Runnells of Sapulpa and Pamela Lyttle of Greenfield, Ohio; son Larry Lee of Sebina, Ohio; brothers Jim of Costa Mess, Calif., Joseph of San Angelo, Texas, and Carl and Lester both of Sapulpa; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
