Walter Harley Lovett, 84, 1310 E. Cleveland, Sapulpa, died Sunday (Jan. 17) at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wed at South Heights
Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
He was born June 5, 1908 in Leach, Delaware Co OK. A resident of Sapulpa for 2 1/2 years, he moved from Sand Springs, OK. He was formerly employed by Douglas Aircraft, Spartan Aircraft, Oklahoma Natural Gas and had also worked as a carpenter. He was a Baptist and attended Little Cussetah Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Lassie (Woods) Lovett, son Will Lovett of Sand Springs, daughters, Janette Land of Sapulpa and Jane Caudill of Mannford, OK, one sister, Dollie Forrester of OKC, nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
The family will headquarter at the Land Residence, 1433 E. Line, Sapulpa.
